Why have you chosen to support YoungMinds?

I feel like not looking after your mental health at a young age can be detrimental to your confidence and can force young people to feel like they don’t believe in themselves, which I want to prevent.

I feel like mental health is not talked about enough, especially in young male spaces. I want to encourage young men to be open about their feelings and talk about it.

I really needed advice on how to deal with what I was going through and never felt like I could or really have anyone to turn to. Through partnering with YoungMinds I’m passionate about creating more safe spaces for people to talk about how they’re feeling more openly.

Which of our values do you relate to most and why? "I most relate to 'Celebrate what makes you you!' "

"Reason being is because I feel like it’s human nature to always focus on the negative. So, I believe it’s very important to celebrate ourselves and reflect on the positive attributes and gifts we have that makes us ourselves."
